Abstract: In this paper, we propose a new resource management scheme for multiple video stream transmission in a wireless environment. The proposed scheme adaptively determines transmission parameters such as the number of assigned time slots, modulation format, and forward error correction (FEC) code rate according to the required bit rate and error sensitivity of the video stream as well as the channel state. The computer simulation results show that the proposed scheme drastically improves the image quality degradation due to channel errors.
